Starting July, we will be running Foreclosure Bus Tours! The tours will take a group of people to preview 10 bank owned properties. Aboard, we will have a REALTOR (that’s me), a Mortgage Broker to discuss financing options and estimates, a certified Appraiser to give us a real good idea of the value in the properties, and a Home Inspector who will give us his feedback as to what work needs to be done and give us an estimate of “fix-up” costs. Space will be limited. Be sure to keep an eye out for more details, dates, times, and tours available near you, or email us to be notified first and secure your spot!
The first tour will take place in Downtown San Diego!
