When HomeReach.com was developed we had one goal in mind, to help the community. With small steps and lending a hand where we have the ability to do so, we believe we can give back to the many people that are in need in our community. As a result of our mantra "Sharing is Caring" we wanted to do more than just share our commissions with our buyers and sellers. This is why we created the HomeReach Volunteer Association.

If you, a friend, a co-worker or family member has a desire to help the community, please join the HomeReach Volunteer Association. We volunteer in various areas of San Diego through an array of different community initiatives.

Description: The "One Round. One Cause." Golf Tournament has been a collaboration between The MEYROW Foundation and HomeReach.com, a San Diego based Real Estate Company, in order to educate people on a major issue here in San Diego and around the world; family homelessness.

Walk for Wishes® presented by SeaWorld

Description: The HomeReach Volunteer Association will be getting together to walk for wishes.
Please join us at Walk For Wishes® presented by SeaWorld.  This event will raise important funds to grant the wishes of children who are battling life-threatening medical conditions through the Make a Wish Foundation.  Walk For Wishes will include a 1-mile route through SeaWorld, with an optional 4-mile course along beautiful Mission Bay.   After the walk there will be activities, refreshments and entertainment for the whole family.  And, all walkers will receive 50% off admission to SeaWorld. Contact us to join our team!

San Diego Food Bank

Description: Our HomeReach Volunteer Association kicked off the 2010 Your Home.  Our Community.  Campaign by lending a hand to the San Diego Food Bank.  Spending an afternoon at the San Diego Food Bank was very refreshing for our volunteers and it is wonderful to see what a great local organization does on a day-to-day basis to help our community.  Following the Holiday Season, this was an excellent way to kick off a full year of community events for HomeReach.com!  Please feel free to share your event with us OR come and join us at one of our monthly community events

Make-A-Wish Foundation

Description: The HomeReach Volunteer Association will be attending an event benefiting the Make-A-Wish Foundation. HOLD IT Contemporary Homes Presents, "CHAIRS for CHAIRity" - Have a seat for a worthy cause! Southern California’s most respected design leaders and local celebrities have stretched their creative limits to fashion quirky, fun and fabulous chairs to be auctioned, to benefit Make-A-Wish Foundation® of San Diego. Join us for an exciting evening of design while supporting a local cause. Enjoy hosted appetizers and drinks while you mingle with the designers. Space is limited so make your reservation today.

Challenged Athletes Foundation

Description: The HomeReach.com Volunteer Association will be lending a hand to the Challenged Athletes Foundation to try and raise $100,000.00 at their Tour de Cove. The Tour de Cove is a four-and-half hour Wild West Spinning adventure! There will be over 100 spin bikes and Krankcycles on the lawn at La Jolla Cove -- overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This will be an amazing event along side their annual San Diego Triathlon Challenge that takes place as well on Sunday at La Jolla Cove. Even if you are not volunteering or racing, come down to La Jolla Cove to cheer on these amazing athletes!

San Diego Padres Game with North County Solutions For Change

Description: HomeReach.com in association with Solutions for Change, will be taking underprivileged children and their families to a San Diego Padres Game at Petco Park. HomeReach.com and Corporate Sponsor, Global Plastic Sheeting have each sponsored 25 parents/children whom will be transported in style, in limo-buses provided by www.CaliPartyBus.com. Many of these children have never been to a professional baseball game! The HomeReach Volunteer Association invites you to be part of this very special event in order to help aid in lending a hand to the San Diego community and help strengthen our “Your Home. Our Community” campaign.
